Recently, CIK Power received an urgent call from one of our largest customers. A cellular site in the Ventura County area had been involved in a hit and run accident with a tractor-trailer. The site was taken off air and completely destroyed. CIK jumped on the challenge to get this site back on air.

Early Friday morning, CIK teams were already fast at work getting the site back on air. The customer had CIK build three new outdoor cellular equipment cabinets at their distribution warehouse before sending it onsite. While the work at the warehouse was taking place, CIK dispatched teams to the damaged site to evaluate and begin the removal process of the equipment onsite.

CIK responds immediately. By midday, CIK was dispatching their Transportation team to the site to collect all the damaged equipment and bring it back down to the customers warehouse. Due to limited space, this needed to happen rapidly to provide enough room for site preparation. Around 2PM a second Transportation crew was dispatched to pickup the now completed outdoor cellular equipment cabinets from the customers warehouse.

CIK works until it's done right. Fighting through Friday Los Angeles rush hour traffic, CIK delivered the new equipment onsite and the rebuild of the site could continue. During this time though, CIK was fast at work getting power landed and all the telecommunications re-spliced. CIK worked though the night to deliver a fully functional site to the customer by 4 AM Saturday. CIK technicians continued to stay onsite and work with the customers technicians to ensure that the site ATP properly and was brought on air with no issues.
