CIK was founded in 2005 to do new cell site construction, site modification, battery PM power plant audits, antenna work, sweep testing, power installs, highly skilled Telco teams, ground theft repair, site security and other offerings. We have trained personnel on Nortel and Ericsson equipment who have served California and Nevada for decades. They understand and strive for safety on every job. We require specific training to ensure a safe job site.

From our written analysis to daily meetings concerning safety on every job site, we take the time to outline what needs to be accomplished and actively work to ensure safe and precise construction that meets and exceeds standards. Safety procedures include such things as CPR, EME awareness, Hazard awareness and job safety analysis.
Excellence takes more than equipment and people – it also takes practice and education.
And that's why we have every employee go through certification testing. It helps us be better but, in the long run, it provides you with assurance of a job well done.
FIRST AID/CPR – We are First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10/30 Certified through EHS International. EHS is dedicated to compliance through environmental health and safety training and consulting. By ensuring our field teams are First Aid/CPR certified, we are meeting the safety needs of our industry and our clients as well as the state and federal regulatory agencies requirements for environmental health and safety First Aid/CPR safety readiness.
RF SAFETY – We are also RF certified through
RSI International. Radio frequency Safety International or RSI is recognized for being an industry leader in its RF safety and compliance programs specializing in topics related the telecommunication industry. RSI can be found at http://rfcomply.com/index.php.CIK is dedicated

by ensuring we remain compliant through continued education and training in partnership with RSI.
OSHA 10/30 – CIK is trained and certified and remains compliant with Cal/OHSA’s standards in 10 & 30 hour construction/general industry training through 360Training. 360 training can be found at http://joshuacasey.360training.co360 provides compliance training with flexibility to suite our mobile workforce. Leveraging 360’s creative platform for delivering high quality compliance education and training against our mobile workforce helps ensure CIK is ready “Any Time Any Place” to meet our industry and customer needs.
CONFINED SPACE–CIK teams up with Compliance Training for our certification in Confined Space training and compliance. Compliance Training Online has over 4,197 companies and government agencies and universities trained. CIK is one of those 4,197 outstanding companies trained. Working with Compliance Training is critical to ensuring our field teams are prepared to deal with Confined Spaces in a professional manner. This type of training also helps to keep CIK Cal/OSHA compliant.
